Loriana helped me understand what my organization thinks and feels, and guided me in crafting a new leadership approach. Even though I had previous experience, she opened my eyes to leadership qualities I had ignored and enhanced my effectiveness in very little time.

Working with Loriana has created the clarity and direction I’ve been seeking, and so much more. I’ve seen your grad students before and then after the Preparing Tomorrow’s Leaders for Science experience…it is transformational. I didn’t think that you could teach people to be leaders. They either are or aren’t.  But, your program has completely changed my mind about that.

I reached out to Loriana to help me review my true strengths, so that I could capitalize on those when working with tough situations as an HR professional. I wish I had met Loriana 30 years ago when I was first establishing a foundation for my career. Her insight has been invaluable.

I have a better understanding of my strengths, which is helping me be a better consultant. For my husband’s birthday, I gave him the opportunity to take the Strength Finder test and meet several times with Loriana to understand how to apply them. Now, as President, he’s learning how to compliment his strengths with his leadership team.
